How Are Dental Veneers Applied?

When you come in to our office to have your veneers bonded to your teeth, you can feel comfortable knowing that you're in good hands. Before your veneers can be placed over your teeth, we will need to remove about ½ millimeter of enamel from the top of your tooth where the veneer will be applied. Dr. Yakuboff will facilitate a thorough cleaning, polishing and etching to make sure your veneer matches the size, shape and color of the rest of your teeth.

Once your veneer is custom fit, cement will be applied which will then be bonded to your tooth through the use of a light beam.
